1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the following services:
- Shared Hosting
- WordPress Hosting
- Cloud Hosting
To qualify:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase.
- Only first-time purchases are eligible. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable.
- The account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- SSL certificates
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Third-party software and licensing fees
3. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a support ticket through your client portal or email [email protected].
- Include your full name, registered email, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel any service via your client dashboard at any time.
- If cancellation is made after the 30-day window, the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- No prorated refunds will be given for unused time.
5. Disputed Charges
