1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the following services:

  • Shared Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Cloud Hosting

To qualify:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase.
  • Only first-time purchases are eligible. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable.
  • The account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • SSL certificates
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Third-party software and licensing fees

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a support ticket through your client portal or email [email protected].
  2. Include your full name, registered email, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel any service via your client dashboard at any time.
  • If cancellation is made after the 30-day window, the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • No prorated refunds will be given for unused time.

5. Disputed Charges

Disputing a payment (e.g., chargeback) without contacting our support team may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage users to reach out to [email protected] to resolve any billing issues amicably.
