As developers, we got tired of the same problems every other hosting provider caused — slow servers, absent support, no real ownership. We fixed them. The systems we built became the foundation of everything UrbanWeb offers today.
The Origin
From a WordPress site for an IoT manufacturer to 300+ clients.
UrbanWeb started in 2018 as a web services partnership. Our first project was a website for an industrial manufacturing company — a client who needed real technical understanding, not a template.
Seven years and 300+ projects later, we incorporated as Urban Web Host Private Limited — purpose-built around the hosting infrastructure and support systems we'd refined over years of actual dev work.
We barely get support tickets about system issues. When clients reach out, it's for help — not firefighting. That distinction is something we're genuinely proud of.
